Mobile Hangling

Hi,

I am nizar i was purchased e63 6month before @ universal mobile retailer store, 2nd day itself i got a serious problem in mobile, and i visited the universal mobile service station, they verified and say like your mobile effected with virus...

Problem facing till now :

More than 5 month's facing problem in sending the sms, if i send it stands in out box, it ask to resend the same... finally it shows message sending fails ..

Hanging when i suddently answer the call, i need to wait for 3 to 4 ring...

More than 40time i restarted the mobile

Request you all dont go for nokia e 63 mobile...
