Desatisfy of service on my cell phone

Dear Sir,

i have a cell phone of model no.:E-65-1 & 358633010447981 repair my cell phone in Nokia care Goel Enterprises, ASC Code 629_504886 on dt 25.07.09 in job no.:2316 & paid amount of Rs. 650.00. After received of my Nokia E_65-1 condition is in same. Once again i complain him but they replyed that your battery is damaged. Here the question is that, why they don't advice me that your battery is damaged. why a cutomer paid two times for a damage.kindly solve to this & return to me in same condition.
