Poor service tired of visitng and calling service centre

Dear sir,

who so ever is there to listen my complain,

my self abhishek bilala, i have given my e65 for offline mode problem to your service centre in jaipur on 24 june and its 24 augest 2009 now i have not reciced my cell nor i have any proper feed back from the company please guide my where i have to go for my problem
