The said phone is brand new and under warrenty was given to M/S Benz India pvt.ltd. at Naraina Delhi 0n 15.9.09 vide ESN/IMEI No. 352943022937168 and delivery date was 16.9.09. I have not received the said phone till today hence suffering. Please do the needful to help me.
