Phone is getting hang, menu key specially

I purchase the phone in march 16 after 2 days menu key was getting hang, again 3 time it happens, i submitted to shree communication, pune, ph 25441431. After long wait of 12 days they gave me replacement of phone on 8april but in vain. That night menu key got hang, i am now very angry about the product they are offering. I didn't download anything, no memory card only contacts feeded manually.
