Sir/Madam,
I beg to draw your immediate attention to my under noted representation to the deficiency of service and seek your immediate action in this score:-
a) That I purchased one Mobile NOKIA E71 (GSM Techo.) IMEI No. 354855023975922 on 14.12.2008;
b) That since purchased the camera was showing bad image;
c) That I delivered the set to your office on 15.07.2009 for necessary repairing and on inspection it was reported that it is an inbuilt defect and it would be repaired without any cost to me since it is within the guarantee period;
d) That the case was accepted vide your Job Sheet No.594504886/090715/24 dated 15.07.09 by your office.
e) That on 20.07.2009 I was informed to take delivery of the set and I found that the problem of the set is still persisting and the Key Pad which was in good condition was loose and was not working properly;
f) That on my reporting it was said that it would be repaired within an hour but I offered one day time for properly repairing the set;
g) That on the next day I found that the problem was not resolved and I was told that the set to be sent to your Delhi office for proper repairing.
Sir, NOKIA is a reputed company and on the basis of the market reputation I was inclined to purchase a costly set in anticipation that I would be getting a good quality of set along with the assurance of prompt and satisfactory post sale service during the warranty period. Sir I am socked to notice the deficiency of service and the act of the authorized service station is not only harassing but also creating much problem to manage my affairs in the absence of my most important media of communication which please note.
Hope you would either resolve the problem by immediate repairing the set (both camera portion and key pad) or replace the set since the defect arises within the guarantee period without any fault of mine.
Soliciting your immediate action in expectation that esteemed NOKIA be worthy of their reputation.
