Nokia E 71
Poor Performance

Dear Sir,

I recently purchased the hand set of Nokia, model E 71 on 28 Feb from Paragon, Naupada, Thane (W) and extremely unsatisfied with performance. It hangs and switches off on its own several time in a day. With such an amount spent on this model the quality ios not satisfactory. I am desperately lloking for the exchange, if possible.
