Phone hangs wile receieving a call

I recently bought E 71... its nt even 2 week old that it has started giving problems. I was playing a game on it and it suddenly froze..its on/off switch also didn't work..i had to manually remove the battery . also lately it has started hanging when i receive a call. Nokia has really disappointed users coz of its frequent hang problems in most of its phones.
