Mobile phone theft

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have lost my mobile phone today at approximately 09.15 A.M. while I was riding a motorbike near BC block on the 1st avenue, it unknowingly fell out of my pocket on the way.

My mobile phone model was Nokia E-71 bearing IMEI No. 351940030934311, WLAN: 00247D4A4617, ITEM: 002F3N1, which was purchased on 16.03.09 from M/s Wireless Communication of BF-192, Sector-I, Salt Lake City, Kolkata – 700 064.

I would further request you to kindly make any possible arrangement to block the phone with the above mentioned IMEI number so that it does not fall into wrong hands to make sure that no one can use it for any wrongful means.
