I have bought Nokia E-71 from a NOKIA priority dealer situated in Lajpat Nagar 3 month ago. The second day phone hanged up and i have to take out the battery to restart the phone. I called the the showroom wherefrom i bought the set and ifnormed them about the incident, they said it happens sometime but there is no need to worry as these sets loaded with so many software and sometime they may hanged up. I faced similar problem many times during last three months but had no choice as showroom refused to change the set. Now the set is completely dead. I visited Nokia Care situated at Kotlamubarak pur. The experience was not good. Staff of that Nokia care was busy chatting with each other and no body seems interested to talking to coustomer. The front desk executive was flirting with her female colleague and when I requested him to check my mobile, he shows as he is doing a favour to me. He passed the mobile to a window behid him, where some engineers (?) are working (let me say gossiping). One of them has opened my cell to check whether it comes in warrany or not. He took 20 minutes and informed that display is gone and you have to pay Rs.3800/- to repair the mobile as it seems drop of waters gone in key pad area, so warranty is lapse.
I don't know what to do now. Should I visit to another Nokia care to verifty what Nokia Care Kotlamubarakpur said to me or shell out Rs.3800/- on a phone which i bought just three months back.
