Hi,

I purchased a Nokia E-75 Handset on 5th August 09 from Nokia Priority Dealer in GIP, Noida. The handset cost me Rs.22800. Eversince I bought the handset, the email was not working. Even after configuring all settings, it wasnt working at all. I wrote to Nokia & even sought help from Nokia Technical Support who advised me to upgrade the firmware. Post firmware update, I approached Micronas Noida, Nokia Care Center. The next day after getting the handset, I found out that the Email was still not working. The engineer, Yogesh asked me to wait. After nearly 3 hours of waiting, I was told that they could not not help me as it was not under their jurisdiction. When I argued regarding the time lost, the engineer, Yogesh used abusive language & also passed certain personal remarks. The Center Manager, Ms Neha Singh refused to help & asked me to approach Nokia Priority Dealer instead. I was not the only one as there were people who were being similarly harassed by either refusing delivery on time or on some other pretext.

Further complaints have gone on deaf ears & I am stuck with Rs 23000 piece of junk. Interestingly, Nokia has launched this handset especially for Email With Ease support & whole marketing revolves around this concept.

Not only the handset is defective, the service is crappy & completely incompetent. This shows that Nokia only focuses on selling handsets & not at customer service or customer satisfaction.
