Hanged & stop working

Dear Sir,

This is to kind notice my nokia E90 IMEI No. 35366001724980, Product Code 0544491,

I have given my handset to Electra Care, Sec 35, Chandigarh vide their job sheet no 077434038/081031/19 dt 31-10-08

for rectifying the problem or replacing the set.

More five than five days have been passed but i have not received any call from your end.

Kindly look into the matter and let me know the status accordingly.
