No response and service is worst

IMEI no 353659016091114 COMPLAINT - audio: poor outgoing audio quality

COMMENTS: voice breakage

i gave my e90 mobile for service in december and they rectified the same problem and they collected sum of Rs.3525..at the delivery i found some breakage in the body and the piece near the audio jack was melted and after two days i received the same audio problem and i returned the mobile back to the nokia care service center. they took it for re-entry on 21st jan and till now i havent got any response... they are saying till to date the (spares are pending)... as my mobile is having breakages and melted parts after the servece... i need a quick result... so please kindly enquire my complaint and replace my mobile...

any time i call them they are diverting it to some other person in the service center...
