Unwanted noise in phone, paint on cover peel off

I purchased NOKIA E90 in Dec in Pune. IMEI 353660013036409.Immediately after taking phone to home, it started giving unwated noise of some dismantled spare inside the phone. Then I contacted dealer, he said I shall show it in NOKIA PRIORITY.I shown phone to NOKIA PRIORITY dealer in Vapi, Gujrat. He took dismanteld and said there is manufacturing defect in phone and con not be repaied in Vapi and has to be sent to Delhi which will take monimum 10 days. Since phone was working and I was not having spare I continued to use same.

Recently I observed that Pint on cover is peeling off automatically which loooks shaby and phone looks like too old.

Pls advise what to do??
