No outgoing audio, no incoming audio, Alert ringing tone

Dear Sir,

We are facing the same problem in this set continuously & this set is repaired by your authorised Apex Kanpur Nokia Care Centre [ 346-504886]but the problem is same. Now my set is with them by 07-03-09 Job Sheet No.346504886/090307/13.Inspite of my sevral request we dont have got any proper response.

When i checked the jobsheet status at www.namscareonline.com I found it closed.

For your ready reference this set is under warranty. As you know I am facing the problem from the begning so please change this set immediately under warranty. I become totaly fade up from this set.
