Dear Sir,
I had purshased a Nokia Handset 6233 bearing IMEI No. : 352915023130654, Model: Nokia 6233 purchased on 28-03 from Gupta Telecom, Jalandhar. Suddenly in February this handset sopped working & totally dead. I submit this to Gee Mobile (Nokia Care), Mohinder Chamber, Opp. D.C Office Jalandhar. Its in guarantee period at that time. the customer care's owner Mr. Bhupinder Singh told me that this is available to you after repairing within 5 working days. After 5 days i again go to the office but he asked me for more 10 days. After 10 days i again go to nokia care. then he told we forward your handset to chandigarh office. after that day i goes to nokia care many times but none of use. still today (06-04) i can't get my handset back neither repaired nor dead.
Sir, i request you to please get back this handset to me ASAP as i am already tourchered by Mr. Bhupinder many times.
