Please look in to the matter to resolve my complaints.
Please note that I am not writing this mail for complaining of your working and procedure. You have to follow the company’s instructions and as per the same you are replying to me on telephone.
I am looking this as follows
Just imagine If you have purchased a bajaj fan or bajaj cooler and it fails during the Hot Summer (generally Not Happen) can I as a company’s responsible person can I will tell you that your cooler of fan will get repaired after 15 days. Spares not available what will be your reaction? Are you agreeing with me?
Dear friend can any person will wait for 15 days for the Most Emergency Product like Mobile.
Hope I may convey my message to you and will get a good news ………………………………….Dreaming that my 5310 NOKIA will reach after repair within two days from this mail ……………………………………..
Please give us a chance to serve you better than NOKIA in Indian Product with BAJAJ

My Job Sheet No 524434038/090128/8 Given for blank display problems and not satisfied from the delay in service. In current on line status the same has been shown as closed and after inquiry I come to know that again 10 days will require to correct the problems. Now Nokia is Indies Most Popular Brand and you can not play with the customers .when the simple display is available in any shop in Nagpur why your authorizes Care centre requires more than 15 days. I agree that your quality of product is very good but what about the customers having problems. Don’t you think that how can be any customer will agree for more than 15 days require for mobile. I am also working as a Customer Care manager for my company and the company will throe me out if I made a delay like 15 days and more for local complaint. I also know that by writing that I am only wasting my time but I can only Try and at last I request you to please look in to the matter and help your valued customer. IF NOKIA CAN? its challenge to Customer Care Support of Foreign Brand provided services in INDIA.
Please note that I am not writing this for Money Refund or New Replacement PC Only a small complaint can/may be solved.
