As my Nokia mobile handset N73-1 (IMEI No. 355718026478055) was giving problem ("Hang Problem"), I sent it to Nokia Service Centre "Chetia Info", situated at Tinsukia, Assam. After about a week they returned the handset, but it is still not working properly & it gets switched off automatically.
I fail to understand why such a reputed company like Nokia keeps persons in its Service Centres, who are not capable for proper repairing of its products!
Will the Nokia Authority look into this matter and do the needful for proper repairing of my above mentioned Nokia handset? It may be mentioned here that my handset is still under warranty period.
