Frustrated with Cheat Nokia Care service

I bought my N95 in UK. The Nokia N95 screen went blur 6 months back. WehnI took it to Nokia Care, they replaced the LCD screen and in 6 months time it again showed the same problem. I had a hunch that the Nokia Care was cheating me so I logged a complain in Nokia cutomer care but to my utter surprise other than logging the call no one did anything about the issue. The Nokia care owner came to me and said he would charge me only 900 this time to replace the LCD because my LCD and slide has already been replaced once. I had to agree with this because I did not get any response from Nokia.

I submitted my new BH 104 as it stopped working and after 15 days when I called up they called me and handed me a BH 101 over. They said Nokia corporate has sent this only. When I checked th eJOBsheet from the web I understood they have cheated me. IS THIS NOKIA SERVICE IN iNDIA. i HAVE NEVER USE ANY COMPANY OTHER THAN NOKIA BECAUSE OF QUALITY BUT SERVICE IN iNDIA IS HORRIBLE AND THERE IS NO WAY TO ESCALATE THINGS BEYOND CALL CENTRES.
