Unsatisfied with mobile servicing

I gave my huawei C2905 handset to the above company to get it serviced as its earphone jack was not working..they kept it for about 5 days n when i got it back, the condition was same..it was still not working... it normally happens with everyone who goes there... i would like u to take some important steps to mend the condition n u must visit the place to get in touch with the concerned people's condition...
