Poor incoming audio quality

I SKCHAWLA purchased nokiamobile 3110c from sun teleservices k.18 lajpat nagar new delhi before Diwali this year who issued invoice 3129 without date putting IMEI No.356061030266177.This mobile has problem of poor incoming ringing problem since beginningdue to which my friends&RELATIVES USED TO SAY THAT WHY I AM NOT ATTENDING .I WENT TO SUN TELESERVICES for this complaint who said that sPEAKER is defective and advised me to go to NRI COMMUNICATION NOKIACARELAJPATNAGARNEW DELHI service centre for repair under WARRANTY. The set was presented on 16 nov 09 job sheet no.111433527/091116/27 with commentsRING TONE VOLUME VERY SLOW IN INCOMING CALLS.purchase proof not taken.they phoned later the set is liquid logged so i have to pay Rs.500.I said it is new set how it may be liquidlocked while i am using another 3110 set since last 3 yrs.with no problem. Ihad to pay 500 for set collection.this is injustice with new set. It must be having manufacturing defect. PLenquire and do the needful for refund.
