Dear Sir / Madam,
I have purchaed the above mentioned handset on 21.05.09 from Mobile Zone, Pune. Immediately 3rd day handset got problem of softwere. From the date of purchase I have three times repaired this handset & again last Thrusday 30.07.09 I have visited your Nokia Service Center for same problem. But unfortunately there was no Power supply due to this again I have to vist to your office.
1st time they have upload the softwere, 2nd time changed the speaker. Again & again the same proble I am facing. I am requesting you to change my handset at the earliet. We dont have time to visit your office again & again.
Please reply immediately, so that I can take a corrective action. I am going complaint to cusumer foram for the same.
