COMPANY NOT REPARING UNDER WARRANTY PHONE

Dear Sir,

SUB: COMPANY NOT REPAIRING THE UNDER WARRANTY MOBILE

PHONE

I have purchase a Nokia N-72 vide bill no.1205 dated 12.10.2008 from Terminal, Salora Retail Venture Limited, 70 Vijay block Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi -110092. IMEI No.355721023483268. My mobile is still under guarantee period. Now it has some problem nothing is shown on screen but phone was working.

I went to Nokia Care at B-36 Guru Nanak Pura opp. Laxmi, Nagar distt.centre Near ICICI bank Radhu palace Road, on 26.09.2009 at 6:40 P.M. with my phone. I shown my phone at there, they given me an Information Sheet on which token number 522 is mentioned and said to me go to counter number 2.

At counter no.2, I given the token and then the person sitting on counter ask me the problem of phone, I explain him that noting is shown on screen but phone is working and I can receive the calls then he give the phone to his engineers for checking. He said to me that your phone is under warranty and there is no sign of liquid and damage it will be reparable.

At the time of checking of phone by the engineering he said it is ok and some hardware problem and it is repairable, at the same time some other person comes to him and ask to him show the phone and at the time when the engg. giving my phone the that person the phone fall down on floor from his hands in front of my eyes.

Then that other person said to me that your phone is already damaged and he show me a part of phone and said that this part of your phone is damaged and it can not be repaired. But I not have seen any damaged part. And he said that we cannot repair your phone under guarantee, if you say we can repair on paid basis.

Then I argue him that the phone fall down on floor from your hand and why I pay for this and my phone is covered under guarantee but after a long arguments he don’t agree. Than I requested him to give me in writing that we have open the mobile phone and it is physically damaged and it cannot repair under warranty then he said to me that you sit outside of counter for 10 minutes. After waiting for half an hour I again go to that person and ask him for written paper, than he said we are not giving in writing to anything, I said I will complain you than he said you go any were and you do you any thing.

Then they return my mobile, then I insert my sim card and started the phone but now it is not starting.

My requrest is that please Repair/Replacement of mobile from nokia within warranty and take the actions against the nokia service centre.
