i bought my NOKIA mobile phone N81 a few months back, Teh small cover of speaker on the top of my phone broken by my mistake only. i went to all the nokia service outlet at Chandigarh, Panchkula aand Mohali for replavcement of this small item. The Main Nokia Care in Sector 22 Chandigarh, assured me to arrange the same in weeks time but 2 months has passed. I made contact to that office 10 time but not received any concrete reply. i request the company to send this small part after confirming the same from Mr Kaushal at Sector 22 Chandigarh Nokia CAre on my home address:
