Dear Sir,
I have purchased Nokia 5310 in December at the cost of Rs. 11, 000/- from authorised shop. Comparing still photography with video it is observed that video quality is poor as compare to still photography. If i focus an object with camera in still mode the object appears bright of good quality but as i change to video mode the same object appears dark and the video is also dark. In other Nokia phones the same is not observed.
I have given the set for repair four times at Nokia care at Noida vide job sheet No. 1200218229 dated 29/02/08, 1200223590 dated 24/04/08, 1200223929 dated 28/04/08 and 1200226371 dated 19/05/08. Each time I have been assured that the set has been repaired. But while checking myself I find the defect still exist. Third time my cell phone was replaced but the new one is also having same defect. It seems 5310 has permanent or design defect. My mobile phone is still with Nokia Care since 19/05/08. I have discussed and explained the defect to Mr. Jatin of Nokia Care Centre, Noida and to Mr. Kumar and Mr. Wadhawan of Nokia Head Office, Gurgoan but defect has not been resolved. If this defect cannot be removed than why Nokia care: -
1) Has taken the phone for repair four times.
2) Each time during taking delivery I have been informed by Nokia Care that phone has been repaired.
3) Is not responding to my emails dated 28/04/08, 5/5/08, 09/05/08, 13/05/08 and 19/05/08 to Shri Bharat Malik, Shri Manoj Wadhawan and Shri Rakesh K Gupta.
Kindly look into the matter. I suggest that you constitute a technical team to examine the fault/ defect explained above. I am ready to explain further to the technical team at Nokia Care Centre at Noida or anywhere else.
I am really upset due to poor quality of video and unsatisfactory after sale service from a reputed company.
I shall appreciate early response.
