I have purchased a Nokia N85 phone in the year 2008 Nov. Feburary 2009 the phone accidentally fall down and Key mat got broken. I took the phone to Nokia Care and requested them to provide me the spare for which I was willing to pay. Till today I didn't get the spare inspite of repeated visit to the customer care centre at Koramangala, Bangalore. I would like to ask the company is it not their responsibility to provide the spare of a product which I purchased by paying Rs 26000/- approx. I am will be grateful if someone suggest me to take up the case against the company and its irresponsible employees.
