Ihad purchase a nokia 5310 from AAnchal Telecom, Metro Plaza Shopping complex, Ho Chi Minh Sarani, Kolkata on 4/11/07.Right from the beginning i faced problems as no one on the other side could here my voice as the phone's mike was not working. I gave the phone to Nokia Care, VIP Road, Ultadanga, Kolkata on 16/11/07 and till date i havent received my phone back because they say that the spare part is not available. I got a little late in depositing my phone as i m working and dont get free time except on Saturdays.
If i do not get my phone within the next two days i ll be going to the consumer court and nokia will have to pay for all the travel expenses incurred on my repeated trips to Noka Care and the mental trauma that i gone through in the past one month.
