Fm & restart in hand

I bought a hand set 5130C from hot spot dated on 10/05/09.punjabi bagh central market. Its Fm is not Properly work I had go many time at nokia service centre paschim vihar.this are changed my hand set but my problem is same.but i m complaint many time at nokia service centre but they r not response

Please issue new hand to me and change my hand set .please take action immedently.
