Re:- Replacement of Nokia Model no. 3600 S. Charcoal IMEI no. 355706020282920 purchased on 19.8.2008.
We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The display of this set vanishes/gets blank automatically. and the Memory Card datas are vanishing automatically. Then after removing and reputting it, the display and datas come back. The phone also hangs. The set was submitted to MAA COMMUNICATION Nokia care Laxmi Nagar Shahdara with the complaints on 29.4.2009. However, the set was returned with the same problems after near 20 days. The set again submitted to above mentiond Nokia care on 21.5.2009 with job sheet no. 144433527/090521/018 with the same problems. However, the set again returned with the same problems alongwith one more new problem i.e. without the charger pack of this set. I have have several times met the executives of the nokia care centre but all in vain. One peculiar problem is also faced in the nokia care. While returning the handset, the executives of nokia care takes back the customer's copy of the job sheet and thereby cutting the hands of the customer as they are now not having any proof.
Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price i.e. Rs. 9100/-, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
