Manufacturing Fault Nokia model no. 3600s & Poor Service

Dear Sir,

I purchased the Nokoa Mobile No. 3600 Slide on 11th February by paying Rs. 9200/-.

Suddenly, after 10 – 15 days I observed the volume button is not working properly. Immediately, I registered the complaint at nearest Nokia Care (address below) on 27th March.

After several follow-ups I received my mobile on 10th April duly repaired.

Again after 10-15 days the volume button’s problem started with other problem of battery reheated while charging. I again registered the complaint on 25th April at same Nokia Care Center vide allotted job Sheet No. 580504867/090425/3.

Almost one month have been passed neither I get my mobile repaired nor replacement

Please take the immidate action.
