I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW NOKIA 6131 MODEL HANDSET FROM CONSOLIDATED GULF COMPANY'S SHOWROOM AT CITYCENTRE. I USED THE PHONE FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS AND FOUND THAT AT TIMES I AM NOT GETTING SIGNAL. I BROUGHT THE PHONE BACK TO CGC AUTHORISED NOKIA CARE CENTRE AT DOHA AND GOT IT REPAIRED. TOOK THE PHONE BACK TO INDIA AND WITHIN 3 WEEKS AGAIN I EXPEREINCED INTERMITTENT SIGNAL EVEN NEAT THE MOBILE TOWER. I GAVE THE PHONE TO NOKIA CARE AT CALICUT THEY INTURN SEND THE PHONE TO THE NOKIA COMPANY CARE AT ERNAKULAM AFTER WAITING FOR 2 MONTHS THEY RETURNED THE PHONE TELLING THAT THE PHONE IS BEYOND REPAIR. HOW NOKIA IS TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS IN SUCH A BAD WAY. WHAT DO I DO WITH THE PHONE ANYWAY.
