Being a Nokia priority customer I was bought a Nokia N-70 handset in April’2007 from a local priority dealer. About a year later, all of a sudden my handset was given an immense problem of no display while start up the phone. Eventually, I went to a local service provider NOKIA CARE available at Ulubari station, Guwahati, Assam to rectify it. Initially, I was informed that they would take one week time to make it start functioning but they did not inform me anything. Later after 15 days, when I had enquired personally I have got the feedback that they could not repaired it due some technical snags & only the matter could be resolved by the company's service professionals. After a few days, when I had again show it to some of your other authorized vendor they repeat the same story. So far, I have made several complaints at your site but got no response from them too. Firstly, being like a renowned company “NOKIA” why not it would take some preventive measures to stop release such a defective model into the market for sell resulting which it impacts our day to day life? Secondly, being a customer, why should I suffer from your so called customer care centers due to their utter negligence & less skill towards their profession? I bought this model a year back from Tirupati Communications, Near Ulubari Guwahti, a priority Nokia dealer. Please advice & help me out.
