I bought Nokia N 70 music edition in November but unfortunately in December there was some filler problem with my Nokia N70 set, so I contacted my nearest Nokia care center in Najafgarh (Address of Nokia Center -ACE Lingua Solutions, 719-J, shop No. 02/1-2-3, Maa Bhagwati complex, Gaushala road, Najafgarh, New Delhi-110043) on Dec 15 . They checked the set for 30 mins and after checking they said that there is some filler problem in the set and they will repair the same in 5 days. My job sheet number is 022 and the delivery date written on the job sheet is 20 th Dec and on 20th dec they said that they need another 10 days to repair the set and told me to wait till 01 Jan but to my surprise on Jan the told me that because of some fault at there end my phone is dead and they need another 20 days to repair the set and after that the will either repair my set or will give a new set, but today also the response was same and they have given me another date i.e 5th Feb and also they tried to give me another N 70 which was 2006 make and was without bill. I refused to take any set which is without bill or which is not genuine.

Pls suggest
1. How many months/years will Nokia care take to repair my set?
2. Will Nokia care take some action so that such kind of incidents are not repeated and image of company is not spoiled?
3. Will Nokia try to solve my problem ASAP?
Nokia is a very big brand and because of some people the name of the company is being spoiled. Pls do something regarding this issue and help me in either getting a replacement of my N 70 music edition or help me in getting my same old set in a working condition.
