Nokia N70
Negligance of nokia care

Hi,

I have submitted my Nokia mobile N-70 to the nokia care, which is located at east delhi (opp to V3S mall, laxminagar) by the name of MAA Communication on 17 jan 09. though it was under warranty but they have claimed me Rs.800 for this and even after paying the amount they are not able to resolve my issue. Infact they have converted my mobile which was in working condition to scrap, it is still with them. Actually speaker gets activated automatically of my mobile but know it is of no use. They behaved very rudely and insulted me both physically and mentally..

Please help me.
