Delay in recieving the phone

We have given our phone three months before because the phone stopped working suddenly. we dont know what is the defect in the phone and we have been to nokia care centre many times but we are not getting proper response and our phone is within the guarantee period.either get us the phone changed or get it repaired within this week.
