Phone not worling properly

While talking phone get automatically disconnect, music player automatically opens keys are also working automatically. I have given my phone to Nokia Priority (Chhitranjan Park) 2 times then also it is not working properly. Please take a action on Nokia Priority as they are not listining properly.
