Dear Sir,
I had submitted my mobile to your nokia customer care M/s Sapna enterprises A-4, Dutt Appartment, Sneh Vihar, Napier Town Jabalpur on 28.07.2008 in dead condition.
They said it will take 10 day time to repair & estimate of repair cost is Rs.1500/- I Said OK.
After that they said that the mobile is on, but some technical error is shown when started (contact the retailer) for rectifying the error it is send to company. I ask how much time it will take; again they said 15 days & repair cost is Rs.2500 I said ok.
On 15 day they said it takes 10 more days, after that they said it take 10 more days. Taking 10-10 days grace they take two month.
On last Friday they confirm that the mobile is repaired & it is on courier & reach jabalpur on Wednesday (24.09.2008).
I reached on 25.09.2008 to collect my mobile Mr.sumit of customer care said my mobile is not yet come. I said when you have confirmed me that my mobile is in courier how it will not reach.
They behave rudely & said I will mail today & call your mobile in what condition it is.
After 2month when your executive talks like this to me, then I don’t think that I have left other then going to consumer forum.
I will wait seven days for your replay.
