this is to inform yourself that i purchased N-70 bearins no IM NO 358080014148266 on 11/10/08 from one of your dealer new ashok electric store handiaya bazar, barnala punjab.the hand set is giving problem from last one month and visited your authorised nokia care centre in mohaliSCF -70, ph- 7 mahali.i met mr rajeev and told him about my problem on seeing the set he said that the hand set has to be repared and we have to shell out Rs 1500/- for repair and Rs100/- as service charge.since the equipment is underwarranty why any body should pay any thing after spending Rs 10000/- on mobile.kindly help me and solve my problem as we are using the best brand in the world.
