Bad Customer Service

Dear sir/madam,

With due respect I want to inform you that i have purchased N 70 Music phone in the month of May & I have problems in its back cover

I have given my Nokia N70 Music Edition handset to Nokia Care service centre at paonta sahib on date 17.09.2008 for repairing it (just have its back cover loose problem). which I have not received it yet. Whenever I visit the centre for it they just tell one week more. they make me deep frustrated.

so I request you to kindly take action against that care centre.
