I have lost my mobile of nokia n 72, so i want to lock the cell phone, so what should i do for that,

i have already being visited your nokia care in malad east, near malad st, but they told me that u can not lock ur mobile, so pls help me. i dont have my EMEI NO now with me, but u can communicate with me on my email id which is given above.
