Poor service of Nokia Care Centre

Strong Grievance against pathetic service quality, response & attitude.

I have given my M73 Mobile under warranty for repair on 4th July vide job sheet no. 962 at Nokia Care Centre, Gupta Associates, Sector 4, Vaishali, Ghaziabad. I was informed that software upgrade is required and delivery would be done on 6th July. However, I did not get the mobile on the promised date but was assured delivery on 8th July at 11 am. To my surprise, the care centre was closed & was told by somebody that it will repoen only on 10th July. Am I fool? I called up customer care of Nokia & registered a complaint vide no 1-7394058518. Response of Mr. Shadab was again very casual has nopthing has happened. He had no reason of closure of the centre. Still he told me to wait for 48 hours and after that I could give him a call back to know the status. Is that the reason I called up. I feel Nokia is just making fool out of us. Nokia is only interested to sell the product and give a damn to after sales service. That is the reason of giving franchisee to such unprofessional agencies like Gupta Associates.

I am not going to wait till 48 hours. I want the answer from Nokia immediately - why the centre is closed whatsoever be the reason because I am not bothered about any reason. I want my mobile back, even if that is unrepaired. Otherwise I will be forced to escalate the issue by taking legal help.
