Re: - Replacement of Nokia N73-1 ESN /IMEI No. 35897016015642

I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. There are n numbers of problem with the above mentioned phone which are like - power, phone restarts / reboots, dust/dirt inside, charging /battery backup poor and empty, phone also hangs.

Due to this I am going through mental stress and lot of inconvenience as I have other liabilities too and important work to do. Due to not availability of my Phone I am unable to Contact anyone and wise versa.

I tried to contact Nokia many times through different medium i.e. Phone, through internet, I also visited to Service Centre six times in 20 days to check the status of my report.

My job sheet number is -051434038/080703/145 (3rd July), given by Nokia care. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

If necessary action not taken, I may knock the door of consumer court. Thus look into the matter and take immediate action.
