Nokia N73M
Job is not done properly by care

I have give my phone 2 time in sector 7 panchkula nokia care but both of time they d'nt do their job properly.2 time upper speaker is not working properly and i want to reboot software of my phone. They doent change speaker and put softwaret of N73 instead of N73m and doesnt pack the phone completely.so i want that u force them to do it correct
