Manufacturing defect

I purchased nokia n 73 m on 16/01/08.on 24/01/08 it got a defect in mic. After walking in to care centre for almost 3-4 times. it was solved .after few days i was dsurprised 2 see front vga cam nt working. The fone is still with care centre they arent giving me any job sheet. They say its unofficial job to be done and say they will replace it its alreayd 2 months. No solution as f yet
