Not Getting GPRS on mobile & sudden dissconnecting line

I'm a costomer of your BSNL service.

My complaint is from

(1) last 1 months i'm not getting GPRS service i even have the setting on my cell then also i'm not getting the service when i called up on BSNL helpline they said that we are doing to solve your problem but i didn't getting my problem solve please do some action.

(2) My next complaint is that they suddenly dissconnected the line so take some actions now.
