i would like to bring your notice that i have purchased NOKIAN73M, IMEINO-358973019010483, Battery no -0670505393213106321068032 on 25th April from M/s Giftel, Bhubaneswar (Ph0674-2539067/9937070876) Having TIN no 21981115105 .This is purchased against invoice no 1742, dt:25.04.2008. With in 6th months I have faced tower problem in my mobile. I am working in HAL, Koraput, Orissa. Which is far from Bhubaneswar. I have contacted M/s Giftel and i got the reply to contact Nokia Care. Last week somehow i could send it to Nokia care BHUBANESWAR.But Nokia care has returned the mobile after holding it for 3 days. Still I am facing the same problem. The person who carry that mobile told by concerned Nokia care centre that it was area network problem or problem in your SIM. I would alos like to inform you that when I put that Sim in my 6300 and 3210 set it is operating properly.
Hence i request you to provide suggetion at the earliest to come out of the above problem as it is difficult on my part to Run Nokia care without any useful response.
