I had brought a Nokia N-73 music edition from Laxmi mobiles, Bhubaneswar on 11-03.The IMEI no. is 35571806302909.On 2-04 I had taken it to the Nokia Care due to some minor problem which could be sorted out easily by mere updating the software. But the service providers mishandled it and without any reason opened the handset with a knife. When I enquired about it they harrased me and also did'nt behave properly.
