Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a N76 10 months ago and it is still under warranty. The silver bottons on the key pad have all fallen off and cannot be pasted again.
I approached Nokia care, well I should say Nokia Don't care. And also called the Nokia Customer Care sorry again I should say Nokia customer torture and logded a complaint.
To my surprise both of them gave same reason that Cosmetic components can not be replaced. And to add to that the keypad is not even available as spare in original in the market.
Both refused to show any document which said cosmetic components will be repalced or repaired during warranty period.
My question is where do I go from here now?
