i purchased nokia n-78 on 16/7/08... imei no-35205702175. item-002d198.the phone was functioning all well and a minor problem occured... half of the lights of the key pad went off suddenly..and since the handset was in warranty i gave it to nokia care... at sector 7 panchkula booth no-36... M/S cyber tech info systems..the staff was very cooperative and attended very well..took the cell and gave me jobsheet with loner set... my job sheet no is... 246433527/090707/36 dated 7th july-09 time. 17:06hrs... they said the transreciver will be sent to nodia the main nokia service centre and... to my surprise today they recived the handset back today (19-7-09)... not reparied... tampred with cracks on the display sheet..with no comments that why the problem was not solved... is this what nokia is all about..i hereby refuse to take back the handset... and want it to be repaired or replaced within one weeks time... failing which i will be forced to file a complaint with consumer forum... if you requrie the copy of the bill and jobsheet can also be produced
