Sir i am fed up from nokia phones and nokia care people in ludhiana. i have bought new niokia n78 after a month the left side ringer stop working . ireached the nokia care krishna mandir branch model town and tell them about the problem they told me you set will be forwarded to chandigarh for repairs and it will take 15 days and one mont is almost over and told me to wait for more couple of weeks... what is this bull shit.. my phone model is Nokia N78 and job sheet number is 020343506/080913/36... kindly do take some action and replace my phone... one when ever you will try their landline it will be busy all the time... thanks
